The Mouse Cup is our newest best in show award. Every entry has to follow a common requirement that all brewers share, which changes each year.
2026 Requirement
- 2 oz of Crystal Wheat Malt per 5 gallons of beer, used in the mash
Scale it to your batch size, for example 4 oz for a 10 gallon batch. Beyond that, the style and the rest of the recipe are up to you.
